I bought gems and they didn't show up.
Sometimes a purchase goes through but the app is interrupted before the gems land. Here's how to get them:
- Close Word Searchable completely and open it again. Each time it starts, it checks with the App Store for anything you paid for that hasn't arrived, and adds it.
- Still missing? Open the Shop and tap Check with the App Store at the bottom.
- If the gems still aren't there, email us with the date and which pack you bought, and we'll help you sort it out. You can also ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring purchases.
Gems get used up as you play, so the App Store treats them like coins rather than something you own forever. That means they can't be downloaded again on a new device.
Your game is saved only on the device you play on. It doesn't sync through iCloud, so deleting the app, or moving to a new phone, starts you fresh with no gems or progress. The Check with the App Store button is still worth a tap if you think a purchase is owed to you.
Game Center and the leaderboard.
Game Center is optional. To see the Time Challenge leaderboard and your achievements, sign in to Game Center in your device's Settings app, then open Word Searchable again.
Reminders.
To stop the daily puzzle and energy reminders, open Settings on your device, tap Notifications, then Word Searchable.
Your data.
Word Searchable keeps everything on your device and has no account. The privacy policy has the details.
